I am new to the area and hoping to find someone local to Battlefield/Springfield area to go Bass fishing with.

If you haven't been by Fin & Feather on S. Campbell, I suggest you visit the tackle shop. There are plenty of tournament trails and Bass Clubs to get involved with. Fishers of Men Bass Club doesn't require you to have a boat and they are a great bunch of people. Good Luck. Fish On!!!
