I just joined the mobassfishn's pro-staff and am very excited about what this website has to offer. Ultimately it is going to provide us with on the water knowledge to facilitate fishing and provide us with amenities around the lake. This will be the fisherman's "one stop" befoe heading to the lake!

Welcome to the site. I hope you enjoy. There will be more lakes in the coming months. Give us your input on the web site.

It was good to talk with you yesterday..

Hey Matt,

Great Article. I really enjoyed reading it. You bring to light a lot of things that I, as a novice angler, don't understand and find frustrating. Really glad to have you on our Pro Staff.

Fish On!

Trey,

I order my maps from Hotspots map company. The maps are $11.45 with tax. The best part is that the shipping is free because paper products ship free under standard shipping.

Trey,

I like to order "hard" copies of maps so that I can utilize them readily in the boat. Having a map with you is a great way to study if you find yourself waiting such as in the Dentists office.

Trey,

I am writing an article about planning for the day of fishing and it will mostly include some map reading and deciphering. Stay posted. Thanks.

The fishing is good down at the rock right now. The fish are in some of the flat pockets using the bushes. The better fish are keying on crawdads. It makes for a great day flipping. We took second place flipping on Saturday running pockets from cape fair to bridgeport.

Good Luck

Matt
