Fishing has become a multi-billion dollar business around the nation and continues to grow in popularity with Missouri being in the top ten fishing destinations of the United States. It is an industry of professional, amateur and recreational anglers of all ages which an overwhelming number of them come to the Ozarks region.
After having conversations with, and feedback from, anglers of all levels, MoBassFishin has designed this high caliber, robust website as a "one stop shop" for lake area information. This includes water levels, weather forecasts, fishing reports, fishing guide services, lodging, bait and tackle shops, marine repair centers, and restaurants surrounding the lakes. Our user friendly format will include Tournament Trail and Bass Club information as well as Tournament Event information. We also have Pro Staff tips and articles, a free user profile area with fishing logs, forums, and a classifieds area.
MoBassFishin initially will include information for lakes from central and southern Missouri, northern Arkansas, and northeastern Oklahoma. Future lakes will include all of Missouri, Arkansas, Oklahoma, Kansas, Texas and then select lakes in other states. We will try to incorporate lakes that are pertinent to the tournament trails and their perspective regionals.
